I was born and raised in Germany, but my roots have always reached across the border to the Balkans—my father is from Mostar. While I grew up with German structure, I always felt a pull toward the rugged beauty and warmth of the south.
Why I Moved
They say home is where the heart is, and in my case, that is literally true. I moved from Germany to Bosnia and Herzegovina for love. It was the best decision I ever made.
Living here has allowed me to reconnect with my heritage and explore a country that I believe is one of Europe’s last truly wild frontiers.
More Than Just Hiking
I don’t just explore the nature here; I work to protect it. In my daily life, I run my own recycling business right here in BiH.
My Mission
I started this blog and my YouTube channel to share the side of Bosnia and Herzegovina that many don’t see.

If I’m not hiking up a mountain with my backpack, you will probably find me:
- Out with my Dogs
- Gardening to relax and get the most tasty veggies.
- Flying my drone to get those cinematic shots for YouTube.
- Editing videos to document these adventures.
- Gaming (yes, i am quite a nerd if you havent guessed it by now :).
